Retreats

We hold days of mindfulness where we engage in activities to strengthen our mindfulness practice. Some of these practices, such as "Touching the Earth" and "Tea Sharing," are used in retreats at Plum Village and other centers around the globe.  On these days, we have the opportunity to listen to Dharma Talks by Thich Nhat Hanh and sometimes have the opportunity to have a Dharma Teacher in our tradition come to share the day with us.
