Each practice session consists of - chanting
- 20 minutes of silent or guided meditation
- 10 minutes of walking meditation
- another 20 minutes of silent meditation
- another 10 minutes of walking meditation
- tea break
- 45 minute Dharma discussion
- end with singing a practice song
When the weather permits, we do walking meditation outside for 20 minutes. The modified structure consists of - chanting
