Sittings

Each practice session consists of
  • chanting 
  • 20 minutes of silent or guided meditation
  • 10 minutes of walking meditation
  • another 20 minutes of silent meditation
  • another 10 minutes of walking meditation  
  • tea break
  • 45 minute Dharma discussion
  • end with singing a practice song
When the weather permits, we do walking meditation outside for 20 minutes. The modified structure consists of
  • chanting 
  • 20 minutes of silent or guided meditation
  • 20 minutes of walking meditation
  • another 20 minutes of silent meditation  
  • tea break
  • 45 minute Dharma discussion
  • end with singing a practice song
